By using our dispatch services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provides dispatching and administrative support services, including but not limited to:
Load sourcing and booking
Communication with brokers and shippers
Route coordination
Basic paperwork assistance
We do not act as a motor carrier or broker unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:
Maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and required licenses
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Communicate promptly regarding load status and issues
Perform transportation services safely and legally
Handle all driving, equipment, and cargo responsibilities
You are fully responsible for delivery performance and compliance with all laws.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are outlined in your service agreement or onboarding documents.
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue

We do our best to find loads, but we do not guarantee:
A specific number of loads
Profitability
Income levels
Results depend on market conditions, equipment availability, and carrier performance.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Clients are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
Accidents, cargo damage, or delays
Broker payment issues
Mechanical failures
Fines, tickets, or legal violations
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for dispatch services during the previous 30 days.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information, rates, and client data confidential unless required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid immediately upon termination.
We reserve the right to terminate services without notice for:
Nonpayment
Misrepresentation
Illegal activity
Unprofessional conduct

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
